RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

All purchases from BLATT — Black Love And True Togetherness are generally FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Color or style preference

  • Items the customer no longer wants

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Refused or unclaimed packages

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or BLATT sends you an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue is verified, BLATT will send a replacement for the item originally purchased.

A damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled item does not automatically qualify for a monetary refund when BLATT is able to replace the merchandise.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If BLATT ships your order to an address different from the address you correctly provided, BLATT will send a replacement order to the correct address after the error is verified.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, BLATT is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

If a package is returned to BLATT because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required to resend it.

REFUNDS

BLATT generally does not issue monetary refunds.

When an eligible order issue can be resolved by replacing the merchandise originally purchased, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.

A refund will be provided when required by applicable law, including circumstances in which BLATT cannot fulfill or timely ship an order and applicable law requires the customer to be given the option to cancel for a refund.

When a refund is legally required, BLATT will provide the amount required by applicable law.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Estimated processing and shipping times are not guarantees.

However, when applicable law requires BLATT to notify a customer of a significant shipping delay, the customer will be provided any cancellation or refund rights required by law.

FINAL SALE ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase from BLATT, you acknowledge and agree that purchases are generally final sale and that eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or improperly shipped orders will normally be resolved through replacement merchandise rather than a monetary refund.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
